About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology and Enterprise Architect to drive our digital transformation towards a vision of becoming Europe's leading and most sustainable pet insurance company. As a key member of the Development Management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Architecture and Technology team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining goals, frameworks, and guidelines for our technology transformation and IT landscape.
  • Aligning architectural target states and roadmaps with business strategy.
  • Ensuring architecture compliance with policies, regulations, security requirements, and contracts.
  • Establishing necessary processes, tools, and methods for effective architectural work.
  • Contributing to strategic planning of our digital transformation.

The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, experience in technology driven transformations, and multi-sourced architectures. They should combine innovation and agility with governance and execution of large-scale transformations.
