About the Team
You will collaborate with a team of geologists, geophysicists, and exploration technicians to plan, initiate, and execute exploration activities. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the success of exploration programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team of geoscientists and support functions to execute exploration programs safely and efficiently.
- Compile and interpret geological data to support target generation.
- Log diamond drill core and assist the management of drill programs.
- Help maintain exploration licenses and complete reporting as required.
Requirements
A Geoscience degree with postgraduate qualification preferred.
2+ years of experience in the exploration/mining industry.
Knowledgeable in the use of GIS and/or geological modeling software is an asset.
Previous experience logging core and assisting diamond drill programs.
Proficient in written and spoken English. Fluency in Swedish or a willingness to learn is desired. Finnish is a merit.
A category B driving license is required.
