Job Description

Sweco is seeking a Senior Consultant in Environmental Remediation to join our team in Gävle. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for leading and planning projects, ensuring high-quality results, and contributing to the development of our environmental remediation services.

About the Role

You will be part of our national team of environmental consultants, working on complex projects involving contaminated sites, risk assessments, and remediation strategies. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation strategies for contaminated sites
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects
  • Develop and maintain expertise in environmental remediation, including risk assessment, remediation technologies, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to the development of our environmental remediation services, including business development and marketing

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental remediation, including risk assessment, remediation technologies, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
