We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Education Transformation Unit, located at Campus Skellefteå. The Education Transformation Unit was established to address societal changes and improve conditions for education, learning, and the labor market in Skellefteå. The unit leads its own projects and collaborates with partners on initiatives that enhance society's skills supply and workforce development. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project management and operational leadership in planning, coordination, and execution.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordinating project activities
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring project progression

We require a higher education degree in project management, administration, or a relevant field. Your experience in project coordination or project administration is essential, along with your ability to work effectively in the public sector. Familiarity with project management tools like Antura and an understanding of digitalization's role in enhancing efficiency within an organization are also valuable assets.

A strong communicator, you can express yourself well in English and thrive in teamwork environments. You must be structured and able to plan and organize your work effectively, while remaining calm and professional under pressure. Experience working with adult education structures and financing is beneficial.
