Job Description

As a Tech Management Consultant at Influence Tech, you will be responsible for working as a team lead, project manager, or IT implementation project coordinator. You will take on tech and business analyst roles to understand business requirements and needs for technology system implementation and ensure business alignment.

Your Role:

  1. Work as a team lead, project manager, IT implementation projects, or IT strategy and assessment assignments
  2. Take on tech and business analyst roles to understand business requirements and needs for technology system implementation and ensure business alignment
  3. Take on tech analyst roles where our team provides strategic technology advice in IT landscape and application simplification, or process automation needs
  4. Work with and lead teams within testing, requirement gathering, process modeling, or system implementation
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive IT projects
  6. Be actively involved in the expansion and development of our company as a whole by engaging with our practice areas, developing offerings, driving business development, and contributing to sales
  7. Stay updated with industry trends, the latest developments in IT, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years' experience working as a tech management consultant
  • Proven track record working as an IT, tech, or business analyst, team lead, or junior project lead in implementation of IT systems to support enterprises
  • Experience with innovative technology areas, cloud and SaaS implementation, automation, core business systems, and business platforms
  • Knowledge and a solid interest in AI technologies is a plus
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • University educated – minimum bachelor's degree
  • Fluent Swedish and English is essential to be able to work with our customers
