Welcome to **Elite Employee Ltd**, where we provide recruitment consultancy services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting more than 350 employees across the Group's various businesses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire HR function and processes, including payroll, contracts, policies, and benefit management.
  • Providing first-line advice on all HR matters to managers and employees.
  • Leading recruitment and onboarding efforts within the business.
  • Preparing reports for senior managers and directors.
  • Developing and implementing staff engagement initiatives and activities across the business.
  • Collaborating closely with senior management and line managers, offering guidance at all levels.
  • Maintaining the HR system.
  • Carrying out general HR administration tasks.
  • Addressing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals.
  • Ensuring that company policies and employee handbooks are up to date and compliant with current employment law legislation.
  • Implementing, communicating, and managing all rewards & benefits schemes across the business.
  • Supporting learning and development activities.
  • Overseeing performance management and appraisals.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in a HR Officer/Advisor capacity.
  • Ideal experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
