We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at KinTec Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives in a supply chain context.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) of Supply Chain and Logistics for a large-scale construction project.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure smooth project execution, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with various teams to optimise procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Develop training programs to upskill team members on Lean supply chain practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
Strong leadership skills and ability to build a high-performing team.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
