About the Position

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive initiatives in products for extreme environments.

The engineer will work at the forefront of product development, driving innovation, improving performance and contributing to successful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product development and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Participate in product development projects through the stage gate process.
• Develop product roadmaps based on material trends.
• Deliver effective presentations and reports to the Product Development department.

Requirements:

• PhD or MSc in Materials Science & Engineering, Ceramics Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical background in materials science.
• Excellent English communication skills and analytical skills.
• Ability to self-organize and meet deadlines.
