HVDC Engineering HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in an HR-related field and experience working in a similar area.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with managers to understand business needs and provide support on HR policies and processes.
  2. Collaborate with the Global HR team to drive systems and process efficiency.
  3. Develop and maintain strong labor and key stakeholder relationships.
  4. Implement HR processes including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  5. Communicate HR information to the organization through training and other means.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with others.
  2. Knowledge of the Swedish labor market, legislations, and policies, with negotiation skills and influence over others.
  3. Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  4. Ability to prioritize work tasks, communicate clearly, and anchor with stakeholders.
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Flexible, persistent, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
