We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Finance Manager who can oversee our financial health and manage both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will play an integral part in reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while working in a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, HR reporting, and day-to-day financial control (P&L and Balance Sheet).
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and reports for the Board, as well as annual statutory accounts in collaboration with external auditors.
- Manage financial processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
