You will work closely with the Construction and Project Manager on the coordination and operation of the site to deliver the completion of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Construction and/or Project Manager
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision within a fast-paced team environment
  • Ensuring all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) requirements and standards
  • Daily management, supervision, and reporting of direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works, and materials allocations
  • Managing and coordinating sub-contractors on site
  • Post-construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records
  • Carrying out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, national rules for electrical installations, health and safety, and environmental standards

Skill Requirements:

  • An electrical trade background is essential
  • A minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is essential
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is required
  • Experience in Revit would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
