Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Janitor/Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including shipping and receiving.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and external vendors.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email management.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid B driver's license.
