About the Role
This position reports to the Quality Manager and is part of the myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community team at ABB. As an inclusive employer, we value diversity and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems during operational disruptions
- Create and implement preventive maintenance plans for IT systems
- Configure and maintain production computers and software
- Handle network issues and ensure IT security within the production network
- Manage production software and licenses, as well as support for PLC and control systems
- Participate in business development and projects
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Intune
- Experience working in an industrial environment and complex IT environments, with previous experience in ABB infrastructure and IS/IT environments
- Knowledge of networks, IT security, control systems, SCADA, PLC, Powershell, and MSSQL
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, with a high school education in IT or equivalent vocational training
- Structured, good collaboration and communication skills, and proactive and dedicated to solving problems
