Nordic Workplace Specialist

At TN Sweden, we are committed to creating a workplace culture that prioritizes employee health and safety. As our expert in Work Environment Management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), you will play a crucial role in driving this initiative.

• Provide HSE expertise for our Nordic office locations, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company regulations.
• Develop and implement effective HSE programs/initiatives, focusing on risk assessments, incident prevention, and employee training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural development regarding work environment, health, and safety.
• Ensure all necessary permits and certifications are up-to-date, including Permits to Work for suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM) and HSE.
• Deep knowledge of Swedish work environment legislation and one or more of the countries where you will be working.
• A relevant university degree within HR, HSE, or equivalent training and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably one more language spoken in the countries you will be working for.
