About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Scrum of Scrums Master to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a coach and leader, coordinating the Scrum teams working on the full Core offer. You'll facilitate communication, identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster the continuous improvement of Agile practices across all teams.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-team projects.
  • Strong understanding of scaling Agile frameworks (not SAFe).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
