We are seeking a dedicated Controller to support our global business growth in Karlskrona, Sweden.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing production budget for awarded projects
  • Monthly follow-up on production budget, actuals, and future cost periodization
  • Collaborating with Production Project Manager for accurate reporting

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • A committed and focused individual with analytical skills
  • Motivated by international and fast-paced environments
  • Ready to apply problem-solving abilities and good communication skills

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • At least a few years of experience in Controlling or similar roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and MS Excel skills
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Experience in SAP is beneficial
