We're looking for a talented Data Modeler to join our Data Architecture and Reporting team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and creating data models that drive our business forward. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve our ambitious goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Modeling: Develop complex data models for business data analysis and reporting purposes, ensuring effective data storage and utilization.
  • Data Translation and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual and logical data models.
  • Data Transformation: Utilize your advanced SQL skills to transform raw data into a structured format that fuels meaningful analysis and insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize data models and processes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Data Modeler or equivalent position.
  • Relevant education, preferably in computer science.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

A bit of extra credit if you also have:

  • Experience in marketing analytics, such as campaign follow-up, econometric modeling, customer segmentation, and attribution modeling.
  • Some experience in software development and familiarity with technologies like dbt, Python, or any data warehousing tools.
