Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, publishing, or a related field within the gaming industry, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to set ambitious goals and drive results in fast-paced environments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building something from scratch.
  • Strong ability to think strategically about marketing and publishing while executing tactically when needed.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, platforms, and audience behaviors.
  • Leadership skills and experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy clearly.
