Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Main Component Replacement Supervisor to join our team in Solna, Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and participating in main component exchanges, troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections on customers' wind farms across the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient main component replacement processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with maintenance activities
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
• Possess extensive experience in wind turbine maintenance and repair services
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
