We are Paradox Development Studio AB, a renowned developer of immersive games that transport players to new worlds. As a Content Designer, you'll join our team of passionate developers driven by a shared vision to create captivating experiences that leave a lasting impact. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the narrative and mechanics of our games, working closely with our team to concept and prototype ideas, write compelling stories, and edit each other's work. Using our in-house scripting language, you'll bring your ideas to life and research diligently to find inspiration from various sources.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing captivating narratives, collaborating with the team to concept and prototype ideas, writing and editing engaging stories, using scripting language to bring ideas to life, and researching and hunting for inspiration. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in English with excellent written American English skills, have experience in narrative design or game design, familiarity with code-based scripting or interest in learning, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with assigned tasks and responsibilities.

You'll work in a modern, creative environment where colleagues enjoy their jobs and the games we make, collaborate with talented developers who share your passion for gaming, participate in shaping the narrative and mechanics of our games, and report directly to the Managing Content Design Lead.
