About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team as a Tech Lead for the development and maintenance of our Retail Portal. The portal is used as a management tool for our Retail solutions in the Nordic countries.
- As a Tech Lead, you will be part of an agile team with cutting-edge expertise in this area.
- You will spend most of your time coding and implementing new features.
- Your responsibilities will also include setting the technical vision for our solutions, coaching team members on technical decisions, and being a close sparring partner in discussions with your Product Owner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical expertise: You should be a master of our technology stack and have a deep understanding of software development principles, coding practices, and architecture.
- Leadership skills: You'll be responsible for leading and guiding the development team towards our set goals.
- Agile methodologies: We are looking for someone who can practice agile methodologies effectively within the team.
- Communication skills: You should have excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and colleagues.
