About the RoleAs an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding the development and validation of internal product development. Your expertise and deep understanding of medical image quality will enable high-quality imaging for global medical companies within ultrasound and X-ray.
Beyond Imaging
To excel in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of algorithms and excellent communication skills. You will work in an agile environment with diverse areas of expertise, collaborating towards achieving common goals.
About You
We are seeking a candidate who can form strong relations with customers from different disciplines and organizational levels. A university degree at MSc level in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent is preferred, along with prior experience working with image processing or medical imaging.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications- A MSc in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
- Image processing knowledge or experience – a bonus if in medical image quality
- Strong communication skills for transferring information between customers and development
- Previous experience working in services and understanding user needs
- Experience with product validation
- Agile methodologies
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to form relationships across cultures
- Ability to think creatively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
