Job Title: Operations Engineer Till Globalconnect

As a part of Global Connect's forward-thinking NOC team, you will be the heart of their network operations and oversee networks that span across multiple countries.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the optimal functioning of infrastructure, service platforms, and services within Global Connect's network. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues within IP, MPLS, WDM, and other technologies using terminal-based tools. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes, focusing on quality and efficiency.

As an Operations Engineer, you will provide top-notch customer support and provide regular updates to affected departments during ongoing incidents and troubleshooting. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Through good communication with both internal and external stakeholders and close collaboration with field resources and partners, you will ensure a seamless customer experience. Your day will be filled with quick decisions, updates, and support during ongoing incidents and troubleshooting, while you will also play a crucial role in handling escalations to specialized teams.

You will work with advanced technology from leading industry players, such as Huawei, Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, and Extreme, giving you access to the latest technology in your work.

This is a direct recruitment, and the process is handled by Academic Work, but you will be employed directly by Global Connect. The position involves rotating shifts throughout the year.
