What You Will Do
  1. As a Consultant Intern, you will work on 1-2 challenging projects that have a significant impact on clients, industries, and societies.
  2. You will be a full team member, with responsibility for a distinct piece of work that will help the team deliver breakthrough impact.
  3. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.
  4. Project-related activities include conducting research, surveys, and interviews, and analyzing data to gain insights, assess problems, and structure solutions.
  5. You will learn our core business skills, including how to structure your daily tasks.

Who Can Apply?
  1. Applicants with a Bachelor's (and Master's) degree only are eligible to apply for this vacancy.
  2. We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  3. We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills.
  4. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.
  5. Language skills: Fluent proficiency in English and fluent proficiency in at least one of the Nordic languages (Swedish/Danish/Finnish/Norwegian).
  6. Internship duration is 8-12 weeks, flexible start date.
