As a prominent player in the industry, we are seeking a Healthcare IT Consultant to engage in a transformative project aimed at establishing a unified digital healthcare framework, replacing numerous existing IT infrastructures in medical facilities for a holistic solution. Role Overview
In this consulting position, you will collaborate with clients to analyze core service line workflows, evaluating both current and prospective states. You will work alongside clients to outline processes that need to be initiated, continued, or ceased, facilitating the design and testing of the system.
Your responsibilities will include identifying gaps, addressing design queries, organizing client meetings, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved while aligning with client objectives. You will guide clients on data collection and system design prerequisites, conducting analyses to determine the most effective solutions for implementation.
Additionally, you will be tasked with testing and executing client-specific configurations in their environments, adhering to their requirements. It is crucial to identify, address, and communicate the status of solutions, risks, and issues to both clients and project leadership. You will provide on-site troubleshooting support, pinpoint inefficiencies, and suggest enhancements based on key performance indicators (KPIs), while fostering strong client relationships to meet business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare or information technology
- Experience with software implementation projects
