Som kvalitetschef på SAAB har du möjlighet att utveckla och leda kvalitetsarbetet inom verkstadsområdet. Ditt ansvar är att säkerställa att vi levererar produkter som överträffar våra kunders förväntningar.

I rollen ingår att:

  • Driva förändringsarbete och utveckla kvalitetsarbetet inom verkstadsområdet.
  • Stödja och coacha medarbetare och säkerställa att kvalitetsarbetet integreras i den dagliga produktionen.
  • Delta aktivt i ledningsgruppsarbetet och samarbeta tätt med produktionsledningen.

Du som söker har erfarenhet av att arbeta inom en tillverkande industri och har ett stort teknikintresse. Vi värderar din förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och driva förbättringar.
