  • Att införa nya regelverk och system, inklusive CSRD-direktivet och GRC-systemimplementation.
  • Att ansvara för taxonomiredovisningen och säkerställa korrekt rapportering enligt EU:s taxonomiförordning.
  • Att utveckla och uppdatera den taktiska roadmapen för hållbarhet.
  • Att leda utvecklingen av metoder för klimatberäkning (PCAF).
  • Att ansvara för det gemensamma skadeförebyggande arbetet och implementera handlingsplaner.
  • Att analysera hållbarhetsdata.

För att lyckas i denna roll krävs:

  • Erfarenhet av hållbarhetsarbete, gärna inom försäkrings- eller finanssektorn.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda och koordinera hållbarhetsprojekt, inklusive implementering av hållbarhetsregelverk som CSRD-direktivet och taxonomiredovisning.
  • Förmåga att sätta ramar och definiera scope utifrån alla krav i hållbarhetsregelverk.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med och analysera hållbarhetsdata.
  • Erfarenhet av GRC-systemstöd.
  • Erfarenhet av PCAF.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska.
