In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that works on game productions. You will collaborate with producers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our game development process is optimized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to support game production analytics.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to enhance visibility and predictability.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and guidance to production teams.
  • Collaborate with producers to identify necessary data and visualizations to enhance visibility and predictability.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a unique blend of skills and experience. We are looking for an individual who can construct actionable insights from raw data through an aggregation layer to ready-made visualizations and reports.

This requires experience in constructing aggregates using extraction orchestration tools, such as SQL, and preferably programmatic approaches like Pyspark or similar languages. Additionally, you should be proficient in visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) and have a strong understanding of business and production analysis.

A successful candidate will also demonstrate the following skills:
  • Effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Python for data visualization.
  • Able to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner.
  • Possess a passion for detail, math, statistics, and data technologies.
  • Able to create intuitive and easy-to-understand data visualizations.
  • Familiarity with software production processes and good data engineering practices.
