We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our ERP Program. As the Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with our ERP partner, Avanade, to implement our new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F&O). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative journey, driving business process optimization and delivering value across all levels of the organization.

In this role, you will navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future ERP and application landscape, ensuring the new system aligns with our strategic goals and delivers value across all levels of the business. The role reports to the Head of Program Management and is based at our office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Manage and oversee the ERP program, ensuring successful execution and alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Execute established project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, while adapting and adjusting as necessary. Develop additional plans if needed to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, implementing mitigation strategies when needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring project deliverables align with their requirements. Foster effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations, including with faculty, staff and administrative leaders.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the project team, including internal staff and external consultants. Create a collaborative environment that drives high performance, accountability, and team success.
  • Change Management and Training: Manage change initiatives to support the successful adoption of D365F&O. Facilitate the development of training materials and oversee end-user training to maximize system usage and effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with the Avanade team to ensure the ERP implementation meets high standards of quality and follows industry best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Bring forward innovative solutions and facilitate informed decision-making to maintain project momentum and success.
