Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced .Net professional to lead our chapter as Chapter Lead. As a key member of our digital development team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in the field of .Net software engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of .Net engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.">
• Develop and execute a competence strategy for .Net engineers, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry trends.">
• Manage capacity planning, ensuring short and long-term competence and capacity of .Net software engineers.">
• Secure external input and best practice sharing in the community, promoting continuous learning and improvement.">
• Be involved in day-to-day working in delivery or product teams, contributing to an assignment as Software Engineer or Tech Lead.">

Requirements:

• ">
• 7+ years of experience as a .Net Software Engineer.">
• Proficiency in implementing Unit/integration testing and/or TDD.">
• Proficiency in implementing S.O.L.I.D principles.">
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.">
• Excellent proficiency in English is a requirement.">
