Lendo Group is a leading digital financial services company that prioritizes the security of its digital assets. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Specialist to join our Security & IT Governance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vulnerability management and remediation
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive security documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
  • Fostering a culture of security awareness among colleagues
  • Leading incident response efforts and advising on security strategies
  • Maintaining and improving existing security tools and infrastructure

We require a candidate with extensive experience in security roles, preferably with a background in software development and secure coding practices. Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, familiarity with bug bounty programs, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools (Wiz, Detectify, Vulcan)
  • Strong understanding of NIST CSF and mitigation techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and associated security considerations

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience can be just as valuable. We encourage candidates with strong practical experience in IT security to apply.
