About the Job

Maintain and upkeep the building's operations, ensuring safety compliance and managing contractors. This role involves regular inspections, suggesting corrective actions, and coordinating with the HSE specialist.

Assist lab staff with setting up, maintaining, and repairing laboratory equipment and spaces, including lab reactors and pilot labs. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe execution of activities and respond to emergencies.

Coordinate and supervise contractors and service technicians, ensuring work is completed as planned and issuing necessary permits. Perform maintenance tasks such as snow removal, moving furniture, cleaning clogged pipes, and fixing broken lights or leaking lab dishwashers.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare status reports for management. Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to support smooth operations.
