Professor of Divinity

We are looking for a highly qualified individual to fill the Professor of Theology position at Umeå University's Faculty of Arts and Humanities.

This is a permanent, full-time position that includes faculty funding of 30% research time. You will also have access to a publication-based resource for research, enabling you to apply for up to 50% faculty-funded research time for two years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, teaching, and supervision. You will also contribute to the development of well-functioning collaborations within the subject of theology and with the subject of religious studies.

To qualify for appointment as professor in theology, applicants must have demonstrated both research and teaching expertise in theology.
