Embryology Specialist

At Kvinnoläkarna i Västmanland AB, we are seeking a highly motivated Embryology Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on clinical embryology experience and be able to perform all clinical embryology and andrology duties independently.

The successful candidate will work closely with our highly skilled embryologists and enjoy the benefits of colleagues focused on quality management. They will be responsible for laboratory maintenance tasks, assisting in validation, managing laboratory equipment, overseeing procurement, adhering to standard operation procedures, and informing patients about treatment options.

• Perform all clinical embryology and andrology duties following appropriate training and competency assessment.
• Participate in laboratory maintenance tasks and assist in validation within the laboratory.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Oversee the procurement of laboratory products and services.
• Adhere to all standard operation procedures.
• Inform patients of treatment options and discuss the implications.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and be able to work independently. You should also have a bachelor's or master's degree in animal reproduction, animal science, or biology, and a willingness to learn Swedish.
