This is a temporary role, but there's potential for it to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. As our CRM Specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to develop and refine our CRM strategy in Klaviyo.

• Maintaining and developing our CRM setup in Klaviyo, ensuring efficient segmentation and targeted communication.
• Developing and refining customer segmentation to personalize messaging across automated flows and campaigns.
• Enhancing lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and loyalty efforts.
• Analyzing and interpreting customer data to drive insights that improve engagement and conversion rates of our email marketing.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with Klaviyo. You should have a deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and data analytics, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
