Job Title: Trade Compliance Specialist

As a driven professional, you will be responsible for implementing policies, processes, and systems to improve trade compliance in line with global regulations.

This role requires collaboration with Country Trade Compliance Officers and different stakeholders on trade-related matters, including teams working with inbound and outbound, customs, design, and SCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all business transactions comply with Corporate Regulation, Standard Operating Procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure long-term supplier declarations are available for required article numbers.
  • Perform calculations to ensure compliance with preferential origin.
  • Classify items, products, and parts using Harmonization System Codes (Tariff code) with support from technical experts and Trade Compliance Officers.
  • Maintain and update codes in our business system.
  • Ensure purchased items have the correct country of origin.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and responsible for forwarders (incoming/import).

Required Background:

  • Diploma in logistics, forwarding, purchasing, or sales.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish free trade agreement.
  • Fluency in Swedish is essential, along with good skills in English.
  • Experience working in Excel and Power BI.
