Galderma Pharma S.A. is a leading dermatology company with a strong presence in the life sciences industry. As a strategic procurement expert, you will play a key role in shaping our procurement strategies for direct materials and professional services.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical, financial, and market dynamics, with a strong negotiation and analytical skills. Experience in ERP systems, particularly M3, is an advantage. Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, legal compliance, and responsible sourcing practices is also highly valued.

You will be working on developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive operational excellence and cost efficiencies. This includes leading supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and quality. Analyzing market trends, cost drivers, and feedstock dynamics to anticipate changes and drive value is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Maintaining spend tracking and proposing budgets with clear savings targets, providing accurate forecasts and price variance analyses, is another key responsibility. Implementing a multi-sourcing approach, conducting regular tenders, and performing cost breakdown analyses to enhance supplier competition and mitigate risks are also essential tasks.

You will support new product introductions and project launches, acting as a project manager when necessary. This requires strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We welcome candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's in Purchasing is highly desirable. Some years of purchasing experience in an industrial or FMCG environment, with a strategic and mature approach to procurement, is also required.
