Global Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement professional to join our team as Global Continuous Improvement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the business performance improvement strategy and operational excellence activities across the organization.
You will coach on continuous improvement principles and practices, role modeling these attributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through the execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will have senior experience in continuous improvement and/or quality engineering with significant time working at a leadership level, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.
Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L6S BB) with several years of hands-on experience in coaching and leading high value and complex CI projects is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies including Quality Tools, Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to drive business performance improvements.
- Coaching and mentoring employees on continuous improvement principles and practices.
- Acting as a CI Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance on methods, tools, and templates to drive improvement projects.
- Partnering with leadership and functional experts to understand and support delivery of their organization's vision, objectives, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Senior experience in continuous improvement and/or quality engineering with significant time working at a leadership level.
- Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L6S BB).
- Proven experience in leading and developing global programs & in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
