**Responsibilities:** The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of business coworkers, ensuring they perform to the best of their capabilities and continuously develop in their assignments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing a high-performing service providers' base through IKEA's Way of doing business.
- Developing long-term relationships with selected Service Providers and internal stakeholders.
- Acting as a role model for collaboration, togetherness, and change management.
- Optimizing the value chain that creates better products and services at lower cost to reach the many people.
To succeed in this role, we require:
- Wide experience in working with business development within transportation.
- Succesfully developed and handled businesses from operational, tactical, and strategic perspectives.
- Strong people leadership skills and know how to get people to collaborate to drive the business even further.
- Talent for networking and you know how to foster meaningful, long-time relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
