The Role
As a Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for leading the kitchen team, collaborating with the Head Chef, and ensuring culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the kitchen team in the absence of our Head Chef.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to plan and direct food preparation.
- Mastery of inventory management and supply control.
- Safeguarding kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Directing the food preparation process.
- Assisting in staff scheduling and daily station work.
- Championing consistency in food quality throughout service.
- Setting the gold standard for performance and appearance.
- Prioritizing health and safety.
- Leading monthly inventories when needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
- Previous experience in a similar culinary position.
- A love for structure and superb organizational skills.
- Formal culinary training that's the foundation of your culinary prowess.
- A penchant for thriving under pressure during busy services.

- Fluency in verbal communication, either in Swedish or English.
