Job Description
As an Account Manager at Patriksson Group, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the development and execution of our influencer marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing project plans that meet client objectives, and managing client partnerships through strategic planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that account for client goals, target audience, and budget constraints.
  • Navigate complex client partnerships, balancing planning, budgeting, contracting, and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through proactive business development.
  • Manage daily client and influencer communication, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Oversee campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.
  • Maintain accurate campaign KPIs, monitoring performance and meeting key targets.
  • Conduct thorough post-project evaluations and follow-up communications with clients.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct research to inform target audience identification.
  • Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting campaign results and actionable recommendations.
  • Cultivate seamless collaboration across internal departments.

Qualifications:
  • A postgraduate or professional degree in marketing and/or communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing from an agency or brand.
  • Proven project management skills, including multitasking and prioritizing competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and influencers.
  • Proficiency in using campaign management software and analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign ideas and solutions.
