We're seeking an experienced Engineering Scheduling Manager to join our R&D Projects team in Västerås. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in project scheduling and strengthen our product development process.

Your future role

As a key member of our R&D Projects team, you'll report to Johannes Jonsson (Site Global Planning Director) and work closely with collaborative and driven teammates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to collect and analyze project data
  • Providing regular progress updates and identifying areas for improvement
  • Leading/participating in periodic project schedule review sessions

Required skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in project scheduling and planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good working knowledge of Swedish and fluency in English
  • Ability to adapt message and key takeaways to audience
