Project Overview

The goal of this project is to develop a novel method for generating photoreceptors from pluripotent stem cells. This will involve culturing and differentiating pluripotent stem cells, isolating cells, performing genetic analysis, and conducting microscopy experiments.

As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the protocol for photoreceptor generation, as well as testing the generated cells in preclinical animal models.
