Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Application Specialist to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the application serves the business continuity in high availability, continuous improvements, information/cyber security, and scalability.

Your Responsibilities
  • User license and access management are crucial aspects of this role. You will be responsible for managing user licenses and ensuring that all users have the necessary access to perform their duties effectively.
  • Solving and managing application issues is a critical part of this position. You will work closely with our IT department to identify and resolve any issues that may arise with the application.
  • Supporting and training Users and Power Users is another essential aspect of this role. You will provide ongoing support and training to ensure that users are comfortable using the application and can derive maximum benefit from it.
  • Implement and maintain company requirements and guidelines is a key responsibility. You will work closely with our quality assurance team to ensure that all requirements and guidelines are met.
  • Helpdesk application support is an important part of this role. You will provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, as needed.
  • Reporting to 3rd line support (Application Suppliers, IS/IT etc) is also a key responsibility. You will work closely with our external suppliers to resolve any complex issues that may arise.
  • Arranging User and Power User meetings is another important aspect of this role. You will coordinate and facilitate regular meetings between users and power users to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's Degree in engineering/Civil Design or a related field combined with at least three (3) years of experience is required for this position.
  • Deep knowledge in BIM applications, customizations, processes, and application usage is essential. You should have a strong understanding of how BIM applications work and how they can be customized to meet specific needs.
  • Experience working with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is highly valued. You should have hands-on experience with these tools and be able to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Experience in defining best practices and routines as well as creating instructions and manuals is also important. You should be able to document procedures and develop guidelines for others to follow.
  • Experience in VR/XR applications is highly desirable but not mandatory. If you have experience with VR/XR, please highlight it in your application.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. You should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and have strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems.
  • Fluency in English is required; Swedish and other additional languages are highly valued. You should be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently and have a good understanding of grammar and syntax.
