Om rollen som Head of Business Control

Lassila & Tikanoja FM AB söker en erfaren och kompetent ledare för att leda och utveckla business control-funktionen. Som Head of Business Control kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa ekonomisk styrning och strategiskt beslutsfattande inom företaget.

Ansvarsområden
  • Leda och utveckla business control-funktionen för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och effektivitet.
  • Stötta ledningsgruppen med ekonomisk analys, budgetering och prognostisering.
  • Utveckla och implementera finansiella modeller och rapporteringsverktyg för att förbättra ekonomisk ledning och strategisk utveckling.
  • Analysera och följa upp affärsresultat och identifiera förbättringsområden för att förbättra ekonomisk styrning och strategiskt beslutsfattande.
  • Driva finansiella projekt och initiativ för att optimera verksamhetens lönsamhet och ekonomisk styrning.
  • Säkerställa att ekonomiska processer och rutiner följer interna och externa riktlinjer för att säkerställa ekonomisk styrning och strategiskt beslutsfattande.
  • Vara en strategisk partner till verksamhetens olika delar och stötta i affärsbeslut för att säkerställa ekonomisk styrning och strategiskt beslutsfattande.
Kvalifikationer
  • Akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi.
  • Minst fem års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter inom business control.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla team.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och PowerBI.
  • Erfarenhet av att digitalisera och effektivisera arbetssätt och processer.
  • Ett pedagogiskt lärande förhållningssätt både mot den operativa verksamheten och teamet.
  • Utmärkta kommunikations- och samarbetsförmågor.
  • Förmåga att arbeta strategiskt och operativt, samt att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt.
  • Stark analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av att arbeta med finansiell analys och rapportering.
  • Erfarenhet inom tjänstesektorn eller annan sektor där personalplanering och timmar är vanligt är starkt meriterande.
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
