We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Solvex Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating security practices into our development pipelines and ensuring the secure development of our cloud infrastructure and on-premise systems.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, with expertise in cloud security (AWS) and system hardening. Proven experience in Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and DevSecOps integration is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive security measures for cloud (AWS) and on-premise environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities early in the development cycle, promoting a culture of security awareness.
  • Develop and maintain effective security protocols for our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with our development workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance on secure coding practices and recommend mitigation strategies for potential security risks in application development.
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in cloud security and securing on-premise systems.
  • Strong background in IT security, with expertise in cloud security (AWS) and system hardening.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27000).
  • Hands-on experience with tools for vulnerability scanning, static code analysis, and DevSecOps integration.
