About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Rewards Specialist to join our team at Incluso AB. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional reward services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute reward operations related to predefined services across designated multi-country geographies, including annual rewards cycles, competence advancements, and market analysis.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Reward operations and provide guidance to clients on recurring, standard rewards service offerings.
  • Support the implementation of global policy rollouts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our reward services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies, and provide advice to clients on reward-related matters.
  • Partner with HRCS and/or HRBPs to report compensation information and short-term benefits to external stakeholders and business.
Requirements
  • A couple of years' experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits.
  • Hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a strong understanding of reward operations.
  • Experience working in international environments, with a proven ability to collaborate across different functions.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with a data-driven mindset and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of Swedish.
