About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our cross-functional product teams, dedicated to developing data-driven digital products that optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

This role involves collaborating with colleagues across IKEA to build analytical features using data processing and data pipelines from multiple sources, resulting in user-friendly reports providing insights built on data.

The ideal candidate will convert complex and large data sets into understandable facts that lead to actionable insights, helping us make operational and strategic data-driven decisions in our everyday work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Acquisition: Gathering data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and structured and unstructured data sets.
  • Data Cleaning and Preparation: Ensuring data quality by cleaning, transforming, and making data usable for analysis.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Applying statistical techniques and tools to analyze data sets, identify trends, and interpret results.
  • Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to make findings accessible and understandable.
  • Report Generation: Producing reports that highlight key insights, findings, and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Building trustful relationships and collaborating across teams to understand different data needs and provide actionable insights.
