As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a DevOps model to implement/expand ServiceNow modules ITSM, HR, and IRM for our customers.
  • Implement/modify integrations using REST API or Integration Hub.
  • Explain and present new ideas and solutions to our customers.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solutions based on ServiceNow.
  • Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
  • Support end users with queries around ServiceNow-based implemented solutions.
  • Be a part of a global team.
