About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Controller to join our Assortment team at Nelly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize our business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on key business metrics and performance indicators
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business controlling or a related analytical role
  • Proven experience in the retail or e-commerce industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization
  • QlikSense experience is a plus
